COMPETITION CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
METHOD OF ENTRY: Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is only open to all residents of Victoria. Employees of My Yearly Directory and their immediate families are ineligible. All valid entries submitted during the specified Promotional Period, will be entered into the prize draw to win. Entries are only valid where MyCard applications are filled in referencing one particular person’s name. Entrant’s can enter more than once.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Competition commences on the delivery of My Yearly Directory electronic newsletter and concludes 31 January 2009.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Prize draw will take place at My Yearly Directory, 4 John St, South Melbourne, Victoria, 3205 at 5pm, 31 January 2009. The winner will be notified by phone and email, published in the February email newsletter and posted on myd.com.au. Prizes must be claimed by 15 February 2009 or the prize will become void.
FINAL CONDITIONS: Prize-winners will be randomly selected by a computerised system containing all entries. My Yearly Directory reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. All entries will remain the property of My Yearly Directory. The information entrants provide will be used by My Yearly Directory for the purpose of conducting this promotion. At the conclusion of the promotion entrants will receive an email newsletter with winners announcement & will be promoted to opt out if they do not wish to receive any future promotional material.
